Carelink of Georgia is PROUD to introduce the first specialty MOUD certification of its kind. To ensure competency, the state certified test design team uses interviews, surveys, observation, and group discussions.
PROUD works with experts in the fields of medications for opioid use disorder, substance use treatment, co-occurring disorders, and treatment modalities for recovery to delineate critical job components.
The knowledge and skill base used in actual practice and the examination questions are gathered into a Job Analysis document and represent collective parameters of the industry.
Examination questions are written by certified individuals and other professionals who are considered Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in their field. SMEs come from the cultural diverse regions of Georgia to assist PROUD in developing best practices.
SMEs are assisted by a professional testing company through the entire item writing process. Every examination item then undergoes a three-tiered review process to ensure quality and accuracy prior to becoming a scored item for the PROUD examination.
PROUD members of our organization work together to educate all communities and all stakeholders. We stand PROUD in our ability to provide the linkage of Care for Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) to Anyone and Everyone. You can be PROUD too.
